Award-Winning Design Merges Functionality and Symbolism

The V Series Orchard Mulcher stands out for its unique design properties. The headstock, designed to resemble the silhouette of Mount Rtanj, where the company is located, instills trust. The reinforced side mask, representing a horse's head, symbolizes strength, fidelity, and perseverance, further associating with the brand's values. The machine's robustness is emphasized by ribs, while concealed joining and bolt layout provide an impression of orderliness and discipline.

The mulcher is made of welded steel, powder-coated and galvanized, ensuring durability and longevity. It measures 220cm in width, 97cm in depth, and 87cm in height, with a weight of 400kg. The design offers several variations with different options for the headstock and output assembly. The side shift attachment frame allows three types of attachment to the tractor - front, rear, or both, and is available in manual or hydraulic shift options. The output assembly is available as a rubber curtain or counter-knives for fine shredding.

The design process, executed in Belgrade and Boljevac, Serbia, took one and a half years to complete. The project involved a team of experts, including Mechanical Engineer Miomir Jovanovic and Chief R&D Engineer Zoran Lapadatovic. The design was inspired by the company's rebranding, with the appearance derived from the redesigned logo. The design features sharp motion-oriented lines, faceted surfaces, and characteristic details.

The V Series Orchard Mulcher is not just a functional tool but a symbol of strength and perseverance. The design simplifies the production of skids and the side mask, a characteristic part that leaves the manufacturer space to demonstrate quality workmanship. The design faced challenges in maximizing the usage of laser cutting, large surfaces, and a minimum number of bends to simplify production and avoid potential errors.

This innovative design has not gone unnoticed. The V Series Orchard Mulcher was awarded Silver in A' Agricultural Tools, Farming Equipment and Machinery Design Award in 2021. The award recognizes top-of-the-line, creative, and professionally remarkable designs that illustrate outstanding expertise and innovation. These designs, admired for their strong technical characteristics and splendid artistic skill, showcase a remarkable level of excellence and introduce positive feelings, amazement, and wonder.
